One Process with Cards
Not all sessions involve you in creating.
This process works with a set of sixteen cards I designed which are based on key steps of an archetypal "Heroine's Journey". The structure is an adaptation of the "Hero's Journey" as described by the scholar of myth, Joseph Campbell who studied folk tales the world over and extracted the hero's "story pattern".
Even though they were designed for women, men have responded well to them.
After we discuss a focus or issue you have, a question is composed. I ask you to shuffle and pull three cards focusing on your question. These represent the situation, the challenge and the outcome. Then I ask you about any associations the images have for you.
What is revealed is often uncannily relevant as what you see in them, what associations you have, often relate to what is on your mind or below it in your unconscious, wanting to be expressed.
